He was found huddling on a porch of our elderly neighbor on the cold snap we had. He was very skinny. He snuggles a pug he just met, loves the heater, and walks by pulls (my elderly father can’t walk him much because of shoulder inflammation). He is just excited though. He doesn’t even seem to know how to play with toys. I do not see aggression, but as a baby I hope someone would take him. He is become more house broken by being inside, but my elderly parents can’t literally handle him.
