Looking for local music events in Freeport? Alaqua Animal Refuge is excited to celebrate the return of Animoré Weekend with the first Bluegrass Barn Jam! This Florida music festival will take place on Saturday, September 21st on the sprawling Alaqua property at 155 Dugas Wy.

With multiple performances from nationally and regionally recognizes bluegrass acts, catch these performers across multiple stages:
- Buffalo Nickel, 1:30 p.m.
- Molly Thomas, 3:30 p.m.
- Hurricane Party, 5:30 p.m.

Bluegrass Barn Jam Session Details
Gates open for the outdoor bluegrass events at 1:00pm and the first act begins at 1:30pm. Bring your own chairs, blankets, and even instruments for the Bluegrass Barn Jam! With food trucks, beverages, a silent auction, and Alaqua animals on site, it’s fun for the entire family.
Get ready to experience the top-billed acts when the arena doors open at 6 p.m., with performances kicking off at 6:30 p.m. sharp.
