Age: Young Male

This dog is been around the Frank brown area for weeks. Finally after multiple attempts we catch him. He is friendly sometimes but his behavior is in survival mode. He like to play with other dogs but try to bite people sometimes from nowhere. He is friendly with the guy that is fostering. Multiple people in our community are concerned. Please help him. Eric is the person that is fostering the dog but he can’t no longer keep him.
