Meet Oscar. Oscar is a 2-year-old Blue Heeler who is neutered, healthy, and up to date on all vaccinations. He is loyal, energetic, and has been my best friend through a lot. I’m in the military and have been notified that I’ll be deploying overseas for approximately a year. Unfortunately, I don’t have family or friends who can care for him while I’m gone, and I am trying everything I can to avoid permanently rehoming him. I’m looking for a foster home that can give Oscar the love, attention, exercise, and stability he deserves until I return home from deployment. My goal is to be reunited with him when I come back. Oscar would do best with someone who understands active breeds and can give him plenty of exercise and companionship. I will gladly provide all veterinary records and answer any questions about his personality, routines, and care.
