Meet Smudge, a 4-year-old solid black bundle of pure joy! Smudge is famously "rotund"—a sturdy guy with a very round belly and a short, huggable frame. He has the most endearing habit: when he’s truly happy and content, he makes a little "chomping" sound, like he’s pretend-eating the air! He is an exceptionally social and loving cat who truly just wants to be part of the action. Whether you’re looking for a dedicated indoor companion or a buddy who likes to explore the yard and come back for cuddles, Smudge is flexible. He is fully litter-box trained, neutered, and up-to-date on all his shots. Smudge’s favorite thing in the world is companionship. He is great with other cats, dog-friendly, and would be a dream for a family with gentle children (from elementary age up to teens). As long as there are kind hands to pet him, he is happy. Due to severe allergies in his current home, this sweet boy is looking for a new "forever" spot where he can be loved all the time.
