Charlie is a rescue in which was previously dropped off on a busy interstate. We rescued him from his foster. He is a sweet good boy, he is 100% potty trained and knows his basic commands. He has a history of anxiety in the car and places like the vet. He has a history of aggression with other dogs and we feel he would do the best in a no animal/no small children based household.
