My family and I witnessed him being dropped from a vehicle a few weeks ago, since that time we have been feeding him and providing water and as mych love as possible however we are not allowed pets where we live so we can't bring him inside. He is such a sweet loving energetic dog. He plays happily in the parking lot with my children. I feel so heartbroken for this sweet boy. He needs a family that can give him a home.
