I have a dog that was found in the woods tied to a tree. He is was very skinny and skittish so have been working on certain behaviors with him for the last month. I can't keep him though as I have 2 dogs and my dad has moved in with me who has dementia. Due to the breed (hound), he keeps digging under the fence and getting out while I am at work and my dad is home. I need to find a rescue to take him in. He is the sweetest, is potty trained, knows commands and will come when called. He downfalls are he digs, barks a lot when outside with people going by and has no clue how to walk on a leash. We are working on the last one. He is no longer food aggressive. He is also an in tact male.
