He is a stray cat that came up to me and my roommate after having been attacked by a dog, leaving his main artery out of his neck. We paid for his surgery which left him with a tube and stitches for two weeks. He is now back in action with the tube and stitches out, but he needs a forever home. I cannot keep him because my apartment does not allow more than one pet. He is super sweet and kind and loves snuggling
