"This is Toby. He is approximately 2 years old, and a lovable goof. He gets along with other cats and dogs, but has not had the opportunity to learn a lot of basic dog manners as his current owners have not been able to care for him properly.
Toby has had all his puppy shots and vaccinations, but will still need to be established at a vet home. He's in need of a loving home that can provide him with structure and attention as he is energetic and loves to play."
