Female Husky looking for forever home! At the end of December, I took in a female Siberian Husky that a coworker of mine had found stray. She was microchipped, but after many attempts to contact the owners, it was clear she was not wanted back. I took her in as my own for these last months, trying to adapt my life to the high-strung needs of a Husky, but I've come to realize my love for her is too great to keep her as an apartment-living college student. This is Arri Alexa. She is around 2ish I was told, and is the sweetest girl ever. She is very quiet for a husky, only barking when she hasn't gotten enough attention or exercise. She is great around other dogs (she loves the dog park LOTS), and I think could be well integrated around cats as well (she is very submissive). She is potty trained and will sit for you if you have a treat in your hand... typically husky. As much as I've bonded with this sweet girl, my life at this point can't swing to provide her the attention she deserves. I'm looking for a home to take her that has experience with Huskies/ big furry energetic dogs like her, so she can finally settle down for good with a family. She would love some pet siblings, big or small, and is great with children!
