Age: Young Female

She is very sweet when she knows a person and doesn’t leave their side but she is very stranger aggressive even just hearing someone she doesn’t know she will bark and lunge. I live in an apartment building and it’s very hard taking her potty with neighbors around I’ve had multiple noise complaints from neighbors due to her barking at random sounds and am at risk of losing my apartment. I’ve tried many different ways to train her but I don’t think I have enough resources to do so.
