The dog was abandoned. It weighs about a hundred pounds and seems to have some type of allergy problem. She has a rash under her stomach her legs are raw she itches bad she's just a pure torment. she's a good dog , very smart and deserves a chance. Will someone help me get her well or take her in and give her a good home. I am not financially or physically able to care for her . If anyone can help you can send money to the veterinarian ,but I rather for someone to give her a good home . Thanks
