Found a large orange and white tabby cat during a bad thunderstorm a few weeks ago, he was under my car meowing loudly so I took him in. He’s chipped and clipped, I’ve exhausted all resources trying to find his owner through Facebook groups etc. I feel he was dropped at my complex because of his extremely loud non stop meowing. I’m not allowed to have cats but can hear him through my walls when I leave, so I’m afraid my landlord will find out and evict. I wish I could keep but his meowing is lou
