My mother captures strays, fixes them and then releases them around her property and then feeds them. She has over 20 cats and has recently fell into some health issues. She physically can’t take care of them anymore and is almost bed ridden. There is 1 cat that has been in a cage for about a year now thst I would like to find a home for. It’s not a good life for him. He seems like a sweet boy. I have been petting him when I go to check on her and help her out. He doesn’t hiss at other animals
